BlackPine reinvigorates unloved properties through tireless redevelopment. It’s history and modernity walking hand in hand. Thick card stock and architecturally inspired embellishments reference an early urban development aesthetic fresh from restoration. Elaborate type and deep embossing speak to hand-carved signs and maker’s marks. Victorian styling with a modern edge points to design that’s come full circle. It’s not a business card. It’s a communication piece with one foot in the here and now, and one foot in the historic.
